Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries and regions available at checkout. If your location is not available during checkout, we may not currently support shipping to that destination.
Shipping Fees

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, Alwht is not responsible for the lost shipment or additional shipping costs.

Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with shipping partners to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur.
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information. If there has been no update for an extended period, contact us at support@alwht.com and we will help review the shipment status.
Alwht is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country or region.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, building reception, or with neighbors first.
